What to do when you hate everyone, everyone hates you, and your head hurts.

We all have bad days. I’m usually a fun go to be around and try to make people around me feel understood, appreciated, and heard. I do my best to stay calm, relaxed, and positive. But sometimes, I hate everyone for no reason and lash out at everyone who doesn’t keep a safe distance and reduces communication to the bare minimum. Dr. Jekyll turns into Mr. Hyde.

This also works the other way around. Sometimes I feel like everyone hates me without any apparent reason — they are lashing at me. I just take the pummeling and hope for it all to be over soon. This is what a punching bag feels like.

And sometimes, nobody hates nobody, but I still feel off. We all have bad days. Do you know what I’m talking about? Have you ever felt so agitated you wanted to jump people’s throats as soon as they opened their mouths to speak? Or have you ever felt like the whole world was against you? People bombarded you with work, snapped at you, and made your life miserable? Or have you had a day when you felt off, sluggish, and foggy-brained?

It can drive you crazy. You know something is wrong but you don’t know what. Yet the reason is usually much simpler than you think.
