Clean fire

Last night I cried it out. Railed at the world. Wrote all I wanted to say to those I wanted to say it to, and then I ripped up the paper.

My hair was bothering me, all puffy and wild. Some order was needed. So, at midnight, I braided and flat-twisted and covered with a will scarf.

It felt good. I fell asleep.

This morning on my out the door, I knew I had to burn those thoughts.

So stubborn those feelings were, I needed lighter fluid. Finally, flames.

I feel lighter. 🔥
